All members will:

• Aim to avoid Court whenever possible.

• Encourage alternative methods of resolution.

• Hold the highest standards of care and conduct towards clients.

• Listen to the needs and concerns of the client.

• Explain and discuss with clients all options to empower them to make the best decision.

• Make clients aware of costs and suggest where sensible savings can be made.

• Be willing to work as part of a wider team to find the best and most economical solutions for clients.

• Provide clients with respect, honesty and support at all times.

We are always looking for new members to join our network.

We provide the highest standards of service to our clients and expect you to do the same.

We follow your work through our client feedback.  We also request from you an annual update on any significant work and achievements.
